OUR PROCESS

How a DigiGroup Creative Engagement Actually Works.

We have built this process over hundreds of activations. It is designed to protect the creative quality, manage the production risk, and ensure the result is something you are proud to report on.

01

Discovery

We Learn Before We Design.

Every DigiGroup Creative engagement begins with a structured discovery conversation — not a pitch, not a template. We want to understand your brand, your audience, your objectives, your constraints, and your definition of success before any creative thinking happens.

DELIVERABLES

  • Completed discovery brief documenting brand context and project objectives
  • Audience profile and engagement hypothesis
  • Initial timeline and budget framework
  • Identification of ecosystem partners needed (DigiBooths / Entertainment / DigiConnect)

02

Strategy

The Activation Gets a Rationale.

Before concept development begins, DigiGroup Creative produces a strategic framework for the activation. This document defines the audience engagement objective, the experience hypothesis, the success metrics, and the measurement approach.

DELIVERABLES

  • Activation strategy document with audience engagement objective
  • Success metric framework and measurement architecture
  • Experience hypothesis and engagement model
  • DigiConnect data capture strategy (if applicable)
  • Strategy alignment presentation

03

Concept Development

The Idea Takes Shape.

With the strategy locked, DigiGroup Creative’s creative team develops the activation concept — the experiential theme, spatial design direction, key engagement moments, and content capture strategy. At this stage we are designing the audience journey.

DELIVERABLES

  • Activation concept presentation with creative direction
  • Spatial layout and environmental design references
  • Audience journey map and engagement sequence
  • Key moment design and interactive element concepts
  • Content capture and social amplification strategy

04

Technical Planning

The Concept Gets Engineered.

A great concept that cannot be executed reliably is not a great concept. This phase translates the approved creative concept into a buildable, testable, executable system — hardware requirements, software specifications, network dependencies, and operational procedures.

DELIVERABLES

  • Technical specification document for all interactive elements
  • Hardware and software requirements list
  • Network and connectivity plan
  • DigiConnect integration specification and data flow diagram
  • Day-of technical runbook and contingency plan

05

Production Coordination

Everything Gets Built. On Time.

DigiGroup Creative manages the full build-out of the activation across our internal team and in partnership with DigiGroup Entertainment and DigiBooths. We maintain a single production timeline that every team works from.

DELIVERABLES

  • Master production timeline with all milestones and dependencies
  • Vendor and partner coordination (DigiBooths, DigiGroup Entertainment, DigiConnect)
  • Build quality review and system testing schedule
  • Load-in and setup plan with day-of staffing assignments
  • Pre-event walkthrough and activation sign-off checklist

06

Launch & Measurement

The Activation Goes Live. The Data Starts Moving.

On launch day, DigiGroup Creative has a creative director and technical lead on-site. We manage the activation environment through the event, capturing performance data in real time via DigiConnect’s live dashboard. Post-event, we deliver a full performance report.

DELIVERABLES

  • On-site creative direction and technical management
  • Real-time engagement data via DigiConnect live dashboard
  • Day-of production support in coordination with DigiGroup Entertainment
  • Post-event performance report with all agreed KPIs
  • Optimization recommendations for future activations

Start With a Discovery Call.

The first step is a 30-minute conversation. No pitch decks. No templates. Just a real discussion about your project.
